What is the best material to use when constructing a new swimming pool for my backyard?

Concrete or gunite swimming pools are the best choice here in Florida. They are constructed from concrete (which is environmentally friendly), steel, and the inside is finished with plaster.

This makes for a highly durable pool that will last for decades. It is also, aesthetically pleasing, and allows for endless design possibilities.

How much will an in-ground pool cost?

We realize that cost plays an important factor. While there are many variables that contribute to the overall cost, the choice of equipment and size of the pool, tend to play the biggest factors.

If I choose a saltwater pool, will it end up costing more than a chlorinated pool to maintain?

If your home has an in-ground swimming pool, according to the National Association of Realtors, it will increase your home’s value (by as much as 10 percent). Having a swimming pool will definitely be more attractive to potential buyers, especially here in Central Florida.
