My family and I have been dreaming about building a swimming pool in our backyard for years. We recently met up with some friends, Paul and Kate, who had a get together to celebrate their new pool. It was amazing! They had a beautiful waterfall and a fireplace, built right next to the pool for amazing ambiance.

It was more than just a swimming pool, it was an extension of their home. Somewhere they can relax after a hard day at work, get a little exercise, and create memories to last a lifetime.

We had so much fun, we decided it was time to dive in and have our very own backyard paradise.

We asked our friends who built their new swimming pool and they told us Dreamscapes Pools and Spas. They got their number from a friend who built their pool and had a great experience.

That’s when we called Dreamscapes Pools and Spas and made an appointment. We met with Mike, who took us through the entire processes and showed a 3D model on the computer of what our pool would look like with different amenities, shapes, colors, and finishes.

Everyone at Dreamscapes Pools and Spas were friendly and very helpful. Our backyard is not the average rectangle or square, but more of an L shape.  They were able to work with us to create a unique shaped pool that really stands out.

We chose a salt water pool over a chlorinated pool. Though the initial cost was a little more, it cost less in maintenance and would be easier on our skin and hair.

We opted to have the inside of the pool finished in a dark grey for a sleek modern feel. We also incorporated a rock waterfall, beach entry, and an infinity edge.

We absolutely love the look and feel of our new swimming pool.  We don’t know why we waited so long to do it! We spend all of our time in the new extension of our home. We’ve even gotten in better shape, without even trying.
